Murarrie Industrial Fuel Preparation Building
The scope of works for this project included the bulk excavation, detailed excavation, shredder pit and raft slab. Eight3 Civil worked closely with the builder to re-design the foundations, moving away from driven piles and instead undertaking geotechnical remediation of the site.

C&K Oxley Childcare Development
The scope of work for this project included the bulk excavation of the site, civil water connection, civil stormwater, detailed excavation, bored piers, new carpark and a new concrete sleeper retaining wall.

- BCC-compliant crossover
- 18 carparks
- Civil water connection, including directional bore
- 400m3 cut and 500m3 fill
- 60lm concrete sleeper retaining (900mm -1200mm high)
- 100m2 of detailed excavation
Christ the King Carpark
Scope of works for this project included the demolition of the existing carpark facility, civil works including sewerage rediversion, asphalt carpark, new footpaths, walkways and landscaping.

- 93 parking spaces, including 5 disabled spaces
- Landscaping
- Security gate
- Pedestrian access to school via carpark
- Stormwater drains
